How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS Opt In box on our ticket or intake form after reading the disclosure. Checking the box is optional. We do not send these texts until you opt in. Consent is not required to drop off a device, approve a repair, or make a purchase.
What we send
Ticket status updates, repair-ready notices, pickup reminders, and service follow-up.
Frequency
Message frequency varies with your repair.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out
Reply STOP to cancel. You may receive a final confirmation. You can also ask the shop to remove you.
